It would be great to have a kettle in the room. Every other hotel we have stayed in the south of France had one.

This hotel is in a great location for staying in the center of Aix-en-Provence with cafés, shops, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. There can be some street noise at night but the hotel is on one of the less busy streets so the noise is only occasional. The room is small but that is to be expected when staying in an historic building repurposed as a hotel. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly and the light breakfast is in a beautiful room. I enjoyed staying at Les Quatre Dauphins.

We love great location of this hotel. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff is amazing.

Our only hesitation was the hotel didn't have an elevator.

This was a charming hotel in the center of Aix. The rooms were small but very nice. The continental breakfast was very good with a nice selection of breads, yogurt, fruit, and beverages. Aix-en-Provence is beautiful.

had a wonderful time, everyone was very courteous and professional. Room was bigger than expected for Aix . Breakfast was Excellent. and we loved it. will have to come back now :)

Charming first experience in y our beautiful city

Hôtel bien situé et plutôt charmant. Chambre petite, salle d'eau aussi. Déception de ne pas pouvoir prendre un petit-déjeuner avant ma journée (déplacement professionnel) car servi uniquement à partir de 7h15, ce qui est tard pour la clientèle d'affaires.

Great location and friendly staff, no water or kettle in room, air con is old and barely cools the room, the bed could do with a mattress topper or just a new bed. The breakfast is ordered in so would be fresh if we had tried it. iI there was more Comfort and space this would have made for an ideal place. We checked out after the first night.

I had arrived from a long journey and had decided to end up in a hotel recommended for its quality, knowing that I was facing a high expense. The expense was not worth it. It was probably specified on the website and I didn't see it, but I think I spent too much for a hotel without a lift and with parking 400 meters away. The room was tiny and during the afternoon the doors kept banging and there was a lot of noise when cleaning the rooms. In favor of this hotel the staff was very friendly, the central location and the clean structure and good breakfast, but again too expensive.

Great location and welcoming staff for a visit to Aix. This a good choice for a short stay. As the location is historic there are limits to what the hotel can offer. There is no elevator and there are four floors. The room is a bit cramped with the king sized bed. The staff helped with luggage. Know this and enjoy your stay. We did.

We had a great stay at the Quatre Dauphins. The rooms are small but clean and with AC and a nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the hotel perfectly located to enjoy Aix. We would definitely come back if we visit the city again.

Just two things to improve upon - there was no safe on the room and the bathroom was extremely cramped. Lip of bath tub an unnecessary hazard. Otherwise a lovely little hotel. Merci !

A delightful hotel in a superb location.

I was on room 15. So small that 2 cabin bagages was diddicult to open. Bed small 1,40/2,00. Total room area including bathroom about 14m2

The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. On arrival she had to tell us that the air conditioning had failed and that it would take a few days to fix it. Since the noise of an air conditioner on the roof of a neighboring house was very loud and we had to leave the window open because of the heat, we could hardly sleep. The hotel manager understood immediately when we told her that we would look for another place to stay. We immediately received a cancellation and the full price for these two days. If the air conditioning works, we'd love to come back.

Très bel hôtel, accueil impeccable mais un bémol pour la chaleur et l'absence de climatisation ( en panne) dans une chambre en rez-de-chaussée sans avoir été prévenu malgré la présence d'un ventilateur

La climatisation était en panne mais un ventilateur a été installé dans la chambre, cela a compensé la manque de climatisation.

A very smart little hotel, located in a 17th century, formerly private, mansion. Exzellent located in the Mazarin quarter with quick access to Cour Mirabeau , Musee Granet, Hotel Caument and other places. Very well kept and set elegantly. Very friendly and competent personnel, especially Mademoiselle Aurore and Madame Valerie, the directrice. The rooms are very small, but sufficient equipment, good lightning and at that comfortable. Beds are quite good, bathroom small, but eyerything you need is there. Breakfast is served in a lovely decorated salon, which is used as salon de the during the day. Air condition in every room and in the salon though a bit noisy at night. As well during the night people walking through the steets are rather loud, but probably that is all through the town. Aix is s quite dynamic town with many tourists coming to enjoy this really lovely town and the spendid provence in all. Overall I felt good oin this hotel and have been there already twice. Thanks to the equipe that made my recent stay so pleasant.

Nous avons eu des retours comme quoi l'emplacement n'était pas optimal pour le stationnement et le centre...L'emplacement justement l'est car le centre historique reste complétement accessible en 2 minutes à pied et l’hôtel est suffisamment décentré des quartiers bruyants la nuit. Ceux qui se sont plaints manifestement ont eu beaucoup de mal à stationner dans le quartier il est vrai, tres radin en emplacements, mais il y a à 150m un grand parking sur l'axe principal. La mauvaise foi des clients qui ne savent pas s'orienter ou qui se perdent ne doit pas altérer l’expérience que l’hôtel souhaite fournir.

Personnel très accueillant, arrangeant et faisant preuve d’une grande sollicitude. Hôtel très bien placé et d’une propreté irréprochable! La chambre (et sdb) reste très petite (et j’étais seule), il manque un peu de meubles, étagères pour poser les affaires. Au final, très bonne expérience et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Un joli hôtel très propre mais chambre très petite. Je regrette qu’il n’y avait pas au moins une bouilloire dans la chambre avec du thé et tisane. Le prix de la chambre est tout de même élevé pour la prestation, probablement du à l’emplacement.

Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme: la décoration de la salle du petit-déjeuner a beaucoup de cachet. Cela change des chaînes d'hôtel standardisées ! L'accueil est très agréable, la literie très confortable et très spacieuse: revers de la médaille, il ne reste plus beaucoup de place entre le lit et les murs. Dommage qu'un joint de la porte de douche soit abimé. Le séjour n'en demeure pas moins excellent et hautement recommandable: nous gardons l'adresse pour un futur séjour !

Accueil agréable au téléphone. Manque d'information à l'arrivée sur le chauffage. Un petit livret dans la chambre serait bienvenu avec également des information touristiques, un plan de ville, etc... L'absence d'ascenseur est évidemment un problème pour les personnes âgées (nous étions prévenus) ainsi que l'ouverture et la fermeture des volets.

Comme à la maison! J'ai eu la sensation d'être accueillie comme une nouvelle amie. dans une maison de famille. décor élégant, sobre et raffiné. Des petits détails qui évoquent la Provence. Un escalier simple mais charmant. Un petit bémol, l'insonorisation de la fenêtre sur rue, un peu dérangée par les passants nocturnes. mais je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Je regrette simplement de ne pas pouvoir choisir avant l'arrivée entre une couette (toujours trop chaude) et une couverture Par ailleurs j'aurais aimé un vrai jus d'orange pressée quitte à payer un peu plus cher

Délicieux petit hôtel merveilleusement situé. Accueil adorable. Lit et oreillers très confortables. Tout est très propre. J'y suis déjà venue et j'y reviendrai !

Idéalement situé au centre ville d'Aix-en-Provence, cet hôtel à taille humaine dispose d atouts : accueil de très haute qualité avec le sourire. On sent que c'est naturel car ils aiment ce qu'ils font. Le personnel est discret mais à l'écoute. J'avais une chambre au premier étage, très propre (mention spéciale au personnel d entretien), petite mais bien agencée. Les grands miroirs à l'intérieur donnent un sentiment de profondeur. Je regrette juste le manque d'insonorisation. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir des voisins de chambre, calmes mais il y a eu une arrivée ds la nuit vers 2h du matin. On entend tout. Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil trop léger. La nuit, il y a un peu de passage la nuit,

The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely welcoming and helped us with directions and recommendations. We were upgraded to a triple room which was lovely. The rooms was extremely well-appointed and clean. An excellent stay!

Très bon emplacement. Hôtel de caractère dans un quartier historique d'Aix en Provence, à deux pas de l'hyper centre. Seul bémol : l'absence de parking.

La chambre et la salle de bains (25) sont un peu petites mais c'est la seule remarque négative, pour tout le reste l'hôtel est impeccable, bien situé, accueillant et joli.

J’ai regle 3 nuits via booking , j’ai du partir dimanche matin , et j’ai prévenu l’hôtel le samedi très tôt , j’ai demandé un geste pour la nuit qui n’a pas été occupée , rien n’a été proposé , c’est très franchement décevant

La chambre était trop petite. Voisins bruyants, en soirée comme le matin, et des bruits de rue assez présents.

Très bon séjour. L'hôtel est très bien tenu et hyper bien décoré, literie de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est très professionnel, courtois et agréable. En particulier, un GRAND MERCI à Catherine d'avoir gardé notre petit labrador Sully pendant la cérémonie de mariage, et à Augustin pour son service très professionnel et sa gentillesse !!!
