Everything was very good, the staff professional and kind. The room was silent, very nice. Isabelle sent an e-mail previously what was very kind.

Every staff member went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. They have great recommendations and tips when visiting sights in Paris. The manager was very professional and helpful too.

Dommage que vos prix ressemblent à des montagnes Russes, se promenant entre 150 et 240€ pour une même chambre ce qui fait que des membres de notre groupe partent ailleurs. Il parait que vous avez recruté un gestionnaire de hautes qualités qui devrait s'intéresser à cela, mais attention aux hyper spécialistes ils coulent parfois les meilleures maisons, si j'osais je vous dirai par exemple l'actuel gouvernement.

The one issue I had was the cleaning staff on the day I was checking out. The main issue was language, but beyond that, there were boundaries crossed that were inappropriate. At 10:10 am, she wouldn't stop knocking on the door, even though checkout was at 11:00 am. I repeatedly told her I was checking out that day at 11:00, but that did nothing to stop her. I eventually stood and went to the door, even though I was not fully clothed. I opened the door a crack to hopefully better communicate that I needed the remaining 50 minutes before checking out. However, she pushed her way into the room, so I hid behind the door. She reached around the door to grab the sign that says not to disturb a room and hung it on the outside knob before leaving. That should *not* have been necessary, and she definitely should *not* have pushed her way into the room. I was flabbergasted and appalled. Fortunately, that was the only experience during my stay that was unacceptable.

De passage professionnellement à Paris ce jeudi 9 février, j'ai souvent été satisfait de mes lieux d'hébergements mais pas au point de celui de l'Hôtel Berne Opera, référencé 3 étoiles. Ceci par la qualité de la chambre , des lieux de détente et par la qualité de son petit déjeuner mais surtout par le professionnalisme cordial et humain de toutes les personnes y travaillant qui souhaitent qu'une chose, rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. Just the updating of the rooms , otherwise it was a very good stay . Very convenient for the metro , appreciated being able to leave left luggage and have access to a seating area and a toilet . Would definitely stay again.

Très bon accueil et gentillesse des filles à la réception. Chambre propre, fonctionnelle avec bureau, bouilloire et bonne literie. Hôtel bien placé, proche des métros et en face de mon centre de formation SHEN. J'ai déjà réservé pour mars et reviendrai en mai. j'accepterai volontiers les offres privilège.

Everything was good, both price and location. I liked the staff in the kitchen, the girl smiled, it was nice. And the woman at the reception didn’t really like it, when she saw that we tourists began to speak English, she looked at us very strangely, she didn’t smile. It didn't even feel comfortable. In the evening there was a man at the reception, he was nice, I bought water. The only person who spoiled the stay in the hotel was the woman at the reception when she checked us in and the next day when we left, she was also there.

Nice place to stay, easy access to shops, metro and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have asked for a champagne and box gourmet on the survey before arrival but I never had it. Very good location, clean, very friendly staff but rooms very old inside.

Bonsoir, je n'ai pas beaucoup profité de l'Hotel puisque mes journées étaient longues. Je n'ai profité du petit déjeuner que le dernier jour avant mon check out. Compte tenu de ma situation d'unijambiste, la gentille dame d'en bas m'a prévenu qu'on pouvait me le monter a titre gracieux. IL aurait été plaisant d'avoir cette information a mon check in , quelques jours plus tot . Seul detail négatif a vous signaler sur mon séjour, sinon, dans mon séjour professionnel fut excellent, et je sais que vous êtes un endroit a connaitre. Je me suis a chaque fois bien reposer le soir.

Yes your carpets up the stairs need urgent replacement - it lets the quality of the hotel down. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to sample the breakfast offering - but just like Paris there’s always next time!!
