Trés bien, beaux espaces et qualité de l'accueil. Proche du centre ville.
Cependant, la neige et les températures négatives ont refroidis le bâtiment dont les murs extérieurs ne sont pas isolés. La sensation de froid dans la chambre malgrés le chauffage parsistait. Une deuxieme couette à disposition dans le placard me fut nécessaire.

Bien situé mais la façon que l'on a de pouvoir bénéficier d'un tarif réduit pour le parking n'est pas pratique.
De plus les oreillers sont tous identiques, fins et fermes. Il serait judicieux de mettre à disposition deux catégories d'oreillers. J'ai très mal dormi

Un "petit" hôtel charmant. Ma chambre, petite au 1er abord, offrait tout le confort pour une bonne nuit dans le cadre de mon déplacement professionnel. Petit déjeuner varié. Concernant la salle du petit déjeuner : si vraiment il n'est pas possible de se passer de TV, merci de couper le son.

Nous avons pris une chambre "confort". En effet, très tranquille... vis-à-vis de l'extérieur. Mais mal insonorisée avec des planchers sans moquette ; du coup on entendait tous les déplacements et bruit de la chambre du dessus. D'autre part, pour la première fois, il nous a été demandé une caution de 50 euros. Nous comprenons bien pourquoi. Mais il y a sans doute d'autres moyens de faire payer les clients indélicats pour leurs dégâts. Pour les autres, dont nous sommes, cela donne une mauvaise impression de défiance.

Attention à la qualité de l'accueil, l'empathie, le sourire et le comportement de l'hôtesse jouent un rôle considérable dans la qualité de la réception des clients. Cela en va de même lorsqu'il est question, par exemple, d'emprunter un parapluie pour sortir diner, et que l'hôtesse insiste sur le remboursement dudit parapluie en cas de non restitution, et du montant qui en découlerait...

I have to pay a deposit of 50€ which I do not get back at check-out but I have to wait until the hotel wants to give it back or not. This is not acceptable. A deposit ok but then it has to be given back at check out. I never experienced this. Last time at a campground I got it back at check-out.
At the car rental we check together, but here I am fully dependent on what you want to decide!

Décevant. A part le petit déjeuner ( pas cher et de qualité) et la beauté du jardin qui sont qualitatifs.
La chambre ( literie des petits matelas de qualité médiocre), l’isolation ( bruits), la salle de bains petite sans équipements pour une chambre de 4 personnes adultes, les prestations ne nous ont pas convaincus.

The only two things were the fact that the room war very warm and there was no was of cooling it effectively, and one bed was on wheels and moved when you moved in bed. Otherwise our stay was excellent, with friendly staff. We especially enjoyed some quiet time in the garden!

The hotel was very well localized, very clean and convenient and people were great. However the room we received had a huge flaw, it was incredibly hot, without good windows to open, nor air conditioning. There were 2 fans but it was really insufficient.

Ok for one night. The room was minuscule, but we had known that before coming. My main issue is easy to solve with a bit of firing and rehiring: the morning staff were so rude! They didn't feel it was their job to either acknowledge your presence or keep the breakfast buffet stocked with even the basics, and continued to ignore clients on check out.

Un seul point noir et pas des moindres : l'hôtel n'est pas climatisé ! J'ai été surclassée dans une chambre plus grande...heureusement car en période de forte chaleur, je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre située sous les toits, avec pour seul moyen de me rafraichir pendant la nuit un ventilateur sur pied. Cet élément fait qu'en période d'été, je ne renouvèlerai pas l'expérience. A tester l'hiver avec le chauffage....
C'est vraiment dommage.

Je recommande sans hésitation ! Le lieu est superbe, relaxer dans le jardin fut un réel plaisir, c'était très tranquille, c'est un des beaux hôtels que j'ai eu durant mes 16 jours de vacances. Un air conditionné aurait été bienvenue, mais je comprends que c'est peut-être difficile à installer dans des bâtiments anciens. À propos du stationnement, j'ai été chanceuse d'avoir une place juste en avant.

Tijdens het ontbijt: een kleverige tafel waaraan zelfs het papieren witte servet bleef kleven. Frankrijk beroemd om zijn legendarisch stokbrood zelfs dit ontbrak. Aanwezig in de ontbijtruimte om 09.00u zelfs de broodjes waren niet aangevuld.
Personeel tijdens het ontbijt matig vriendelijk.
Parkeer faciliteiten: nihil (je dient je voertuig met bagage op de openbare weg achter te laten)

unfortunately has the lady who has been working on13th of June (arround 13h-14h) and on 14th of June at the breakfast no service orientation at all.... she told us very unfriendly what is not possible...without asking for it....... we fiel not welcomed at all..... this is unfortunaly no way to get customer satiefied.... your competitors at Hotel Oceania are doing much better!!!! sorry to be so open... kind regards....

es MENTIRA. que tienen parking. es a 3 cuadras y te reconocen solo la mirad del costo. les pagamos a ellos la mirad y nos dieron un ticket para sacar el auto que no sirvió, tuvimos que abonar el total en el parking y la recepcionista no nos lo reconoció, y encima se enojo al reclamarle. NO se trata así a los huéspedes!! La chica del check in fue muy amable pero la del check out muy maleducada. Una pena xq le hubiera puesto un 10 al hotel.

Par contre le label accueil vélo est surprenant : il faut passer par le hall d’entrée en montant des escaliers pour ranger son vélo dans une petite pièce qui ne peut accueillir que 6 vélos. Pas pratique du tout

Na een uitstekende ontvangst bleek de kamer wat sober. Sanitair was goed. Helaas was er geen airconditioning en het was nogal gehorig. We hoorden de wekker van de bovenburen om 7.00 uur afgaan en het lopen op die kamer was ook duidelijk hoorbaar.

Hôtel paisible, dans une rue où on peut aisément stationner, petit déjeuner dans une véranda donnant sur un joli jardin. Sous le soleil ou sous la pluie, l’endroit est charmant.

J'ai été très déçue de cet hôtel très "vieillot": les escaliers sont très étroits (pas très pratique dans un hôtel puisqu'on est amenés à se déplacer avec des valises, la clé s'insère difficilement dans la porte, une fois la porte déverrouillée il faut vraiment pousser très très fort pour qu'elle s'ouvre, la salle de bain n'est pas très agréable et le petit déjeuner n'est guère mieux.
Une chose est sûre, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel et je n'y retournerai pas.

Jolie chambre propre et bien aménagée au décor sobre et plaisant. Pas de parking. La rue est résidentielle et il est difficile de se garer à proximité. Un parking souterrain public est assez proche.

L’hôtel est assez bien, bien que pour le prix les chambres sont assez petites. Point négatif c’est le chauffage, bien que je l’ai mis à fond la pièce étais glacial jusqu’à ce que je je prenne un chauffage d’appoint qui lançait des coup de jus de temps en temps.

petit déjeuner à partir de 7h le personnel arrive à 7h et rien n'est prêt, il a fallu attendre 25minutes pour avoir un café d'une Senseo qui ressemblait plus à un thé tellement il y avait d'eau pour une capsule. En complément un morceau de pain avec le coeur encore congelé !

Très bon accueil. Chambre très propre et dans un bon quartier.
Malheureusement l'hôtel est mal isolé entre les étages et dès qu'une personne se déplace dans la chambre au dessus cela fait trembler la chambre et fait beaucoup de bruit.
Il manque un peu d'équipement, du type grand miroir, une bouilloire ou encore un petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser ses vêtements. Mais dans l'ensemble le séjour était très correct

J'ai eu dans un premier temps une chambre confort qui est en fait une chambre normale au regard du tarif appliqué 117 TTC. Ensuite je suis passé sur une chambre standard (à ma demande pour raison tarif et disponibilité) 97 TTC qui n'a rien de standard avec douche avec un bac non fermé qui a laissé la salle d'eau inondée ainsi que ma chambre. De plus pas de chaines satellites bref le minimum pas à la hauteur du tarif.

Tout d'abord nous validons cette expérience avec un Smartbox à 119.90 euros, la chambre prix mini 67e plus deux petits déjeuners 20e, le compte n'est pas vraiment bon, qu'avez vous fait des 32.90e ? Je pense que l'on c'est fait avoir sur la taille de la chambre.
Quel est notre surprise en arrivant !
Sur le descriptif était annoncé parking, attention c'est un parking dans la rue et si vous ne trouvé pas de place un ticket vous sera facturé à 5 euros pour vous garer dans le parking de la médiathèque !
Ensuite nous prenons notre chambre qui ce trouve au 2ème étage avec un ascenseur très étriqué on a eu du mal à rentré avec nos valises et nous sommes de corpulence "normal".
Nous entrons dans la chambre pareil très étriqué chambre très petite et mal insonorisé, nous entendions tout ce que nos voisins disaient comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre.
Le point positif de la chambre, les équipements tout y est.
Nous avions pris un petit déjeuner 10 euros/personne très moyen car service en plateau par une employée de l'accueil qui nous sert notre chocolat et 20 mn après les viennoiseries, autant dire que le chocolat n'était déjà pas très chaud mais pour le coup très froid. Attention se sont des minis viennoiseries, pourquoi pas en taille normale ?
Ils proposent également du salé.

l'hôtel est correct et l'accueil est plutôt bien.
par contre pour se garer à proximité c'est galère, et la douche est étroite avec juste un rideau de douche. c dommage car la chambre est spacieuse. L'insonorisation côté rue aussi n'est pas bonne (dommage, passage du camion poubelle à 5h).
Un service petit déjeuner mais pas de restauration.

die Dame, die uns bei unserer Ankunft empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer war ansprechend; die Betten bequem. Leider war es im 3. Stock sehr warm, so dass wir die Fenster öffnen mussten und dadurch haben wir den Lärm der Strasse gehört. Eine Klimaanlage wäre daher sehr hilfreich gewesen; ich kann mit einem Ventilator nicht gut schlafen.

Il n'est pas normal (au tarif de la chambre 117 TTC) que l'hôtel ne possède pas de climatisation dans les chambre. La chambre 35 était ensoleillée toute la journée et j'avais 28 degrés! La nuit fût donc très chaude et trés inconfortable. Dommage, sans cela, c'était trés bien...

The hotel is very overpriced for what it has to offer, not even tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom amenities were difficult to use, especially the hand wash. Sparse equipment, not a closed wardrobe and no AC. The hotel really left a lot to be desired. Also diffucult check-in but very quick check-out. I don't recommend.

Purtroppo l hotel è sprovvisto di aria condizionata e in una giornata con 37 gradi, quando pensavamo di andare in camera per rinfrescarci un po' abbiamo scoperto che in camera faceva più caldo che fuori. Nottata in bianco dopo 4 docce.
La camera e il bagno sono un pochino piccoli, ma poteva andare bene lo stesso se ci fosse stato un po' di refrigerio.
Il cliente prima di noi fumava e in camera c era puzza di fumo e sul balcone ancora il posacenere con 8 mozziconi di sigarette dentro.
La colazione è accettabile, il panino era buono e fresco, il personale è molto cordiale.

Expérience déplorable:
- erreur sur le tarif à l’arrivée
- demande de règlement du séjour à l’arrivée après avoir bien transpiré par 34 degrés sur un parcours à vélo et après avoir installé péniblement les vélos dans le local dédié, tout ça n’est pas très accueillant!
- 1er PDJ: nous sommes descendues à 9h37, avons reçu à peine un bonjour suivi de « le pdj c’est jusqu’à 10h » et nous n’étions pas les seules à descendre à cette heure
- l’installation dans la véranda relève du parcours du combattant car il faut tout transporter soi-même et sans plateau donc perte de temps
- le grille pain est très long à chauffer
- la machine pour les œufs à la coque était éteinte, il a fallu attendre qu’elle bout
- à 10h15 alors que nous étions en train de terminer notre pdj la réceptionniste est venue nous demander de quitter la salle, le ton est un peu monté entre nous mais je lui ai présenté des excuses
- nous avons très mal dormi en raison de la chaleur, malgré la mise à disposition d’un ventilateur (pour information il n’est pas bon de dormir avec cette ventilation). Nous avons préféré laisser la fenêtre ouverte. La rue est épouvantables et n’y bruyante l’accueil nuit alors que ke site indique « rue calme »
- j’ai demandé à changer de chambre pour la 2 elle nuit ce qui m’a été refusé par la direction sous prétexte de mon comportement au pdj
Bref, une mauvaise expérience, le constat d’un manque de posture professionnelle (réceptionniste qui demande à ce qu’on quitte la salle, qui boude, refuse de parler même le lendemain où elle ne nous a pas dit bonjour ni au revoir), une direction qui s’en tient au son de cloche de la professionnelle et qui ne donne pas de crédit à la parole du client.
Les oreillers sont ridiculement petits et plats, les serviettes de bain trouées.
Les figues sèches devraient être retirées du pdj, cents une insulte aux véritables figues sèches.
Notre séjour à Orléans n’a pas été une réussite!
Termine ce genre de petit hôtel familial, cents à se demander comment il a obtenu 3 etoiles…
C’est dingue d’être traité comme ça pour une facture de 260€ pour 2 nuits……
En espérant que qqch soit fait de cette enquête de satisfaction.

Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Hotel a pochi minuti dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vie limitrofe dopo le 19 e fino alle 9 del mattino successivo e di domenica. Molto utile il suggerimento ricevuto alla reception dello spettacolo suoni e luci avvenuto sulla cattedrale alle 23:00 (grazie, è stato veramente bello).

Zimmer im 4. Stock sind viel zu warm, Raucher auf dem Balkon nebenan beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt sehr, Balkon enttäuschend (alt und kaputt). Bettdecke roch nicht frisch, Möbel teilweise verstaubt.
Ansonsten alles ok, tolle Stadt, Lage ist optimal, der Empfang sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Ne connaissant pas la ville, nous avons été très bien guidés par la personne qui nous a accueillie. Elle nous a fourni un plan et des indications très précises et utiles pour visiter la ville. L'hôtel en lui-même est bien placé : un peu en retrait de la ville mais rapidement accessible. Le parking était gratuit quand nous y avons séjourné mais il se pourrait que cela change, ce qui est très dommage. Les chambres sont confortables. La douche assez grande. Il manquerait des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour ouvrir la nuit sans risquer de se faire embêter.

accueil et gentillesse du personnel très bien , merci. Un peu déçu par la décoration et l'équipement de l'hôtel, qui est vieillissant et a été refait à minima. J'ai également souffert de l'absence de clim dans la chambre, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre pou bien dormir. Je trouve le tarif malheureusement pas en adéquation avec le confort de l'hotel.

Très décevant pour le prix! 4 couchages dans 16m2! On entend tout entre les étages comme si on y était sans parler des pas et bruit du dessus! Viennoiseries en retard au petit déjeuné et en plus des mini viennoiseries ! Avec très peu de choix! Pas de parking j’ai du tourné 15 minutes dans les rues autour de l’hôtel pour trouver une place à environ 500 mètres ! Vraiment une très mauvaise expérience. Sans parler du prix qui est excessif au vue des prestations. J’ai vraiment le sentiment de m’être fait voler ! A ne pas recommander!

J ai annulé ma réservation au dernier moment à cause d une urgence médicale, la mère de mon amie avec qui je devais passer un week-end sur Orléans à du aller au urgence.
Et l hotel d orleans m a retirer la chambre a 114 euros, des voleurs, vraiment tres professionnelle.
La prochaine je passerais par booking, avec eux au moinsj aurais pu annuler sans représailles.

Hôtel très mal insonorisé. On entend tout et de partout. Un hôtel comme celui-ci est un lieu où l'on vient uniquement pour dormir mais la mauvaise isolation de cet hôtel rend cela impossible. C'est le pire hôtel où nous ayons dormi. Nous avons entendu les personnes dans les corridors, prenant l'ascenseur, se déplaçant et parlant dans la chambre du dessus, allant aux toilettes et même des ébats amoureux.... Bref nous étions contents de partir. Le rapport qualité / prix est donc mauvais.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins et de très bons conseils pour rendre plus agréable notre séjour. Nous avons moins aimé le confort de la chambre. Très spacieuse mais située dans les combles de ce fait il faisait très chaud et la chambre n’est pas climatisée. Qualité de la literie moyenne. L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un parking privé mais nous avons pu stationner dans la rue quelques centaines de mètres plus loin.

Als gezin op doorrit naar Spanje met wagen.
Orleans is een prachtige stad en dit hotel heeft perfect alle comfort. Bovendien was de ontvangst bij reservatie per telefoon en nadien aan receptie met heel leuk welkom gevoel, zo vriendelijk behulpzaam en begripvol. Heel warm en familiaal en wat een heerlijk ontbijt. Alsook de bedden sliepen als engelen.
We komen hier zeker terug als we in Orleans zijn.

Informations erronées sur l hôtel rien autour impossible de prendre une douche sans tenir le pommeau placer trop bas douche idéal pour un hobbit
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre obliger d utilisé un petit soufflant bruyant allez chez Ibis à 100 m beaucoup mieux

Très satisfaits de notre hébergement en cet hôtel, seule l'impossibilité de se garer dans le secteur proche, sauf coup de chance qu'une place se libère dans la rue. Chance que nous n'avons pas eu en période de grande fréquentation de la ville.

Bonjour,
Le gros point noir est que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées malgré que la chambre où nous avons dormi avait été refaite.
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il n'y avait plus de choix au vu de l'événement ce week-end là.
La décoration était sympa.
Pour se reposer un samedi et dimanche matin, c'est une mission impossible après avoir passé un agréable moment au Festival de Loire.
Dommage !

We enjoyed our stay, When we were not able to find parking due to a festival in town, we were offered by the receptionist to use her spot which we greatly appreciated. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!

Hôtel très bien placé, proche du centre d’Orleans. Hôtel très propre. Legros gros bémol, hôtel très très très bruyant à partir de 7h… Dommage, si vous souhaitez vous reposer le matin hôtel à fuir!

L'hotel est bien situé, les chambres, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Je n'ai que 3 critiques : l'absence de garage, un prix de 20 € supérieur aux hôtels de sa catégorie, absence de mini bar.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Directed us to the city centre for dinner and we're very accomodating. Contact throughout the booking was excellent and prompt. The hotel was perfectly sited, the rooms were very nice. We had a twin and a double and the double was small, not an issue, but very very hot. No air conditioning just fans. The larger twin room was a bit cooler thanks to more space.
One of the few hotels offering a family room which was vital for us.
Not sure how you'd fix without installing air con, maybe on the windowsill?

Amazing knowledgeable receptionist.. poir sized tiny room for 4 of us. Very poor quality sound proofing....we were kept awake for hours by the people above sounding like they were rearranging the furniture late at night. Good breakfast

No aircon! Roasting hot day, room in attic so like a sauna. Bathroom incredibly hot and just a hand held shower. As a family room, it was quite a squeeze for 4 people. Advertised as having parking on Booking.com but only after booking does it tell you that it’s on road parking or in a pay and display. Bit worrying if you’re on a stop over and still have luggage etc in the car. Poor WiFi connection.

This a beautiful hotel. Lovely decor, friendly staff. A spacious room and a delicious breakfast. It’s 10 minute walk to the care of town, free parking outside and we would highly recommend.

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although the room was way too hot (temperaturen around 33 degrees celcius that period). There was no airco and the fan did not give much relief unfortunately. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

L’Hôtel est très propre, et très bien situé; il est proche du centre ville, à seulement 10 mn à pieds. Le cadre est chaleureux ; la décoration est jolie! Le petit déjeuner servi le matin est très bon.
Cerise sur le gâteau ; Accueil toujours avec le sourire quelque soit la personne à l’accueil. Je salue particulièrement le professionnalisme, et la gentillesse de Salwa ; elle nous a expliqué les directions à prendre, les lieux à visiter sans même qu’on ne lui demande. On a été très bien reçus. Salwa est vraiment au top!
C’était le premier séjour à Orleans ; si on y retourne ; on sait où rester pour séjourner ! Nous recommandons à 100%

Très bel hôtel, au calme mais tout proche du centre ville.
Accueil parfait. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement très facilement dans le rue.
Chambre confortable avec une literie de qualité.
Chambre donnant sur un petit jardin très agréable.
Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux avec du choix salé et sucré, pris dans la verrière.
